Virtual Training Session
What is a virtual training session?
A virtual training session will consist of us corresponding to one another via teleconference (Zoom, Skype or FaceTime) for a duration of 50 mins per session, with an additional 5-10 mins discussing goals, nutrition, and addressing training program questions you may have. This includes a single virtual training session. Once you add this service to your cart you will be prompted to complete a wellness questionnaire and request your preferred time(s) and day(s) for training. We will send you a text/email confirmation within 24 hours to confirm your requested times.
Requirements for virtual training include:
A mobile device (cellphone or tablet) OR a laptop with a camera.
I recommend each new client purchase an inexpensive tripod stand from Amazon if using a mobile device in order to effortlessly aim the camera in the right direction for training.
Wireless headphones with a mic installed (i.e. AirPods or similar) are also recommended for the best sound quality.
A well-lit and quiet training space of at least 5 feet long x 5 feet wide is all that is required to perform all of the exercises prescribed in your training program.
Comfortable shoes, appropriate workout attire (avoid dark colors or reflective material), and access to water.
