Our Online Fitness Coaching - Monthly Subscriptions benefits include:

  1. Access to Trainerize Fitness App (providing you with a personalized workout plan)

  2. Customized Fitness Program (based on goals, health history and time availability)

  3. Daily App Messaging and/or Email Correspondence

  4. MyFitnessPal Meal Tracking (at no additional charge)

  5. Monthly Progress Checks (body measurements, performance evaluation, training compliance)

What is a virtual training session?

  • A virtual training session will consist of us corresponding to one another via teleconference (Zoom, Skype or FaceTime) for a duration of 50 mins per session, with an additional 5-10 mins discussing goals, nutrition, and addressing training program questions you may have.

  • Requirements for virtual training include:

    • A mobile device (cellphone or tablet) OR a laptop with a camera.

    • I recommend each new client purchase an inexpensive tripod stand from Amazon if using a mobile device in order to effortlessly aim the camera in the right direction for training.

    • Wireless headphones with a mic installed (i.e. AirPods or similar) are also recommended for the best sound quality.

    • A well-lit and quiet training space of at least 5 feet long x 5 feet wide is all that is required to perform all of the exercises prescribed in your training program.

    • Comfortable shoes, appropriate workout attire (avoid dark colors or reflective material), and access to water.

Phone consultations last approximately 30-mins per call and gives you an opportunity to:

  • Develop effective strategies for your exercise management

  • Address any questions or concerns you may have with your fitness program (proper form, logging workouts, reporting pain/injury)

  • Discuss program adherence to ensure you are complying with:

    • Workout Tracking Protocol (logging workouts in Trainerize or reporting workouts via email)

    • Regular Check-ins/Messaging with Coach

  1. Level 1: The Conquerer Program - Includes 1x monthly virtual training session + 1x monthly phone consultation - $125 / month

  2. Level 2: The Warrior Program - Includes 4x monthly virtual training sessions (1x weekly) + 1x monthly phone consultation - $225 / month

  3. Level 3: The Hero Program - Includes 16x monthly virtual training sessions (4x weekly) + 2x monthly phone consultations - $825 / month
