Garlic Baked Potatoes Recipe

Learn how to make succulent garlic baked potatoes in less than 60 minutes. No fluff or super long story that makes you scroll down 10 pages before you see the recipe — simple and straight to the point!

What You’ll Need

  1. 5-10 Medium to Large Russet Potatoes (washed, not peeled)

  2. Fork or Knife (for piercing)

  3. Baking Casserole Dish

  4. Aluminum Foil

  5. 1 Tbsp of Garlic

  6. Pinch of Salt

Baked Potato Recipe

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, clean the skins with a vegetable scrubber, wash in cold water and pierce each one several times with a fork to help the potatoes release steam during the cooking process.

  2. Place directly on the oven rack towards the center of the oven and allow the potatoes to cook for 45 minutes.

  3. The internal temp of the finished potato should be around 210 degrees (+/- 5). Remove from oven.

  4. Use a food brush to add olive oil to the skins and sprinkle lightly with sea salt, adding the potatoes back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes to get the skin crispy

  5. Remove from oven and enjoy!
