Baked Atlantic Salmon Recipe

What You’ll Need
1 pound of fresh Atlantic Salmon (cut into fillets)
Lemon Juice
Dash of Dill Seasoning
Dash of Sea Salt
1 tsp of Black Pepper
Instructions
Heat a conventional oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line your baking dish with aluminum foil or lightly grease with olive oil if you are using a nonstick pan
Pat your salmon dry, cut into the desired size and place into the baking dish.
Season lightly on both sides with sea salt, black pepper, dill, and lemon juice (just a couple of squirts).
To ensure the meat stays moist and the skin crispy, add a top layer of tin foil over the baking dish
Drizzle with veggie oil and place in an oven for 20-30 minutes. If cooking salmon from frozen allow a few additional minutes cooking time.
Salmon is down once it is flaky when pressed with a fork.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
